2011 ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting Poster Printing Service
Poster Printing Costs:
Shipping Options:
- Onsite delivery available at a Flat Fee of $25
- Delivery to business/residence will be calculated at checkout
Deadlines and Poster Pickup Information:
- Deadline: OCTOBER 20, 2011 (2 Weeks before the event date).
- Late Deadline Duration: OCTOBER 20, 2011 to OCTOBER 27, 2011 (1 Week before the event date). PLEASE NOTE: A late charge of double (x2) the original poster printing price will be charged, ($125.00) PLUS shipping.
- Posters will be available for pick up during these time at the Poster Drop off/Pick Up Area (Poster Hall F2, Level 3):
- Saturday, November 5: Noon – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, November 6 – Tuesday, November 8: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM

PLEASE NOTE: Each poster board measures 44 inches (111.76 cm) high and 90 inches (228.6 cm) wide. Posters should not exceed these size specifications.

Note: These templates are only to be used as a guide. You will need to modify the template to meet the appropriate poster dimensions and standards. If you would like to preview your poster on standard letter sized papers, you will need to select "scale to fit paper" in the print settings. The print settings should be displayed on the print window that appears when you select to print your poster.
